How do I go about finding a Co-owner with webmaster talent?
I’m wanting to start a website, but I’m in need of a co-owner who has the webmaster type talent to build it. It would need to be built on a single ads type platform, where others could submit their own info and photo’s and the info they submit would be searchable, to narrow down the field. Unfortunately I don’t have the know-how and also what kind of software would I need to learn to build such, just in case I don’t run across the right person? Thanks
