everytime i try to sign in to msn it says something like troubleshooting and something about firewalls blocking me to sign in.. anyone know what i can do?

Do you have internet? if you don’t it wont work or check if your internet ain’t working.
but it isn’t your firewall by the way, i recommend you uninstall the firewall you got right now and install ashampoo firewall it only asks you once for everything.
